These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use of the Natural Living Spa (“Provider”) website located at the domain name www.Polokwanespa.co.za (“the Website”). By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute Content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the Provider.
Spa Etiquette and Policies
A 24-hour notice period is required for cancellation and rescheduling. Should cancellation / rescheduling not be made in time the full treatment fee will apply and the voucher will be redeemed.
Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment/s to allow time for to change.
We kindly request punctuality. Late Arrival will result in a reduction in treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply. Please bring your bathing costume and comfortable shoes.
Female guests/clients are not to have any water treatments activities while menstruating for hygienic reasons.
Ensure cellular/mobile phones are switched off during treatments.
Please remove your contact lenses before each treatment.
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions that you have or any skin allergies.
Allow for sufficient time for digestion of food before you have a treatment.
Consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden before treatments.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Products purchased are not refundable.
Natural Living Spa will not be held responsible for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune that may occur.

By using this Website or communicating with the Provider by electronic means, the user consents and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications should be in writing.
E-Commerce & Privacy
The Website www.Polokwanespa.co.za sells gift vouchers online. The use of any product or service bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances.
The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The Provider will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.
Orders can be couriered to the vast majority of South African addresses, delivered by courier. When you place an order we will arrange delivery to your delivery address as indicated at checkout. Delivery costs are only covered for main centres. Additional fees may apply for addresses not in main centres.
We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated within one working day of receiving payment confirmation. If you pay via credit card, we receive payment confirmation automatically as soon as you’ve paid. If you pay via EFT or bank deposit, your order will only be dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing Courier delivery takes 2 to 7 working days depending on the order’s destination. Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. If you live in a main city centre, your order will take between 2-5 days. If you live in a remote area, it could take up to 7 days. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer services team if you wish to get a more exact estimate.
PayFast Facilitates our payment procedures, and users will checkout using a name, surname and email address. To receive your products from Natural Living Spa, the user would be required to enter a delivery address of their choice. PayFast and Natural Living Spa endeavours to keep all of the user information safe and secure.
Omnisend is our email content management system. Users who sign up on the Natural Living Spa site must enter a name, surname, and email address. In addition, our emails give users the option of unsubscribing should they wish to opt-out of marketing emails.
Facebook is a social media platform we make use of. Facebook tracks user data separately, and users aren't required to give out any personal information should they wish to engage with our Facebook page.
Instagram is a social media platform we make use of. Instagram tracks user data separately, and users aren't required to give out any personal information should they wish to engage with our Instagram page.

The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
